I was late for my procedure and they worked me in. Very kind staff, professional, and helpful.
I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THIS ENDOSCOPY CENTER‼️🤬 EVERYTIME I have come here, the staff is RUDE and tell me that they can’t bring me back for my procedure UNTIL THEY PHYSICALLY SEE my driver. I am a single mother who DOES NOT have a vehicle so I have a driving company with SOONER-RIDE drive me TO and FROM ALL of my medical appointments INCLUDING any procedures or surgeries. So when my driver takes me to go get my Endoscopy AT THIS CENTER they tell me that they CANT bring me back for my surgery UNTIL they PHYSICALLY see my... read more
Was not happy with the physician she was rude I will not be back, no phone number.
My spouse and I attended the medical facility for a scheduled procedure, and the experience was satisfactory. The process of entering and exiting the facility was efficient and timely. The staff, including those at the front desk, the physicians, and the nurses, demonstrated a commendable level of courtesy and helpfulness. I express my gratitude for the services provided. Furthermore, the provision of complimentary parking was convenient and appreciated.
