I was there for an hour and a half waiting, which is fine. The recovery nurse was great. The other nurses all stood around talking so it's not like they were too busy to check on me, they just never did and they were not warm, comforting, or welcoming. Checked on me once the entire time I was waiting. Really disappointed.
Although colonoscopies are not the most fun procedure….they are sometimes necessary!!! This STELLAR staff makes every moment the best it can be!!! Thank you for showing up as your BEST selves!!! They are truly - BEST in the business!!! 💩😂🤗 BIG love ❤️
I had an amazing experience! The front desk staff were very pleasant, courteous and warm. My wait-time was very short. I was seen not very long after my appointment time. Which was impressive because it was a packed house. All of nursing staff were very professional, caring, and even humorous! The doctor performing my procedure and attending nurses were also professional and had great bedside manner. Even the staff in recovery were just exceptional.
