Receptionist was unfriendly. The weight was very long. The room was freezing. The nurses were not nice and very rough. Took the skin right off my arm. Taking off the bandage for the IV. I mean they should know how to take bandages off elderly skin. It was completely freezing in there. I was offered one blanket. I told them numerous times that the bed was real uncomfortable on my back and they didn't offer any extra pillows or anything. I went in for my first upper & lower procedure, on February 20th. The staff made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. Everyone from the medical assistants, to the nurses, the anesthesiologist, nurse anesthesist to the doctor were all very professional. They made me comfortable with the whole process & even made me laugh a few times. I would definitely go back to this facility & recommend them to anyone who needs an endoscopy or colonoscopy. I had Dr. Koh, he was fantastic.
All staff (reception, CMAs, RNs) were attentive, communicative, seemed to know what they were doing and caring. Thorough pre-op, easy post-op. Clean. Dr. Lee was great. Anesthesia team was fine.

Such a nice staff. When mix up with time staff was so apologetic and made everything right. Procedure was amazing for a first timer. Definitely recommend!
