All staff (reception, CMAs, RNs) were attentive, communicative, seemed to know what they were doing and caring. Thorough pre-op, easy post-op. Clean. Dr. Lee was great. Anesthesia team was fine.

Such a nice staff. When mix up with time staff was so apologetic and made everything right. Procedure was amazing for a first timer. Definitely recommend!
Horrible experience from beginning to end. Receptionist shouts all of your personal information into the waiting room, including the procedure you're there for. Pre op area has zero privacy and I was made to fully undress with nothing but a curtain separating me from the entire room, with an adult man getting fully undressed on the other side of the curtain ( I'm a young woman).
