Such a nice staff. When mix up with time staff was so apologetic and made everything right. Procedure was amazing for a first timer. Definitely recommend!
Horrible experience from beginning to end. Receptionist shouts all of your personal information into the waiting room, including the procedure you're there for. Pre op area has zero privacy and I was made to fully undress with nothing but a curtain separating me from the entire room, with an adult man getting fully undressed on the other side of the curtain ( I'm a young woman). They were all really nice. They took really good care of me especially when I started to faint when they put the I in my hand. This is the second time I have been here and it has been great each time!
