Her knowledge base, ability to understand the requirements of install and just general old-school customer service is why you should use her for any of your requirements or products. Narelle came to our rescue when we sold our house with an unexpectedly short settlement and we had to get a large safe and vault door moved quickly. Everything went exactly as she said it would and the team on-site were obviously experts as they manoeuvred that 1 tonne safe and vault door like it was a bookshelf. I will absolutely be using them again.
