So today I went in for a root canal. I must say the young lady that did my 3D scan was not the friendliest and to tell you the truth didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She didn't greet me and barely acknowledged me. She just had me follow her to the X-ray room. When I was taken to my room the another dental assistant was there and didn't greet nor acknowledge me at first neither, but then warmed up to me. Was going to have an appointment for a root canal, not only is it expensive, they didn't accept my insurance, they also canceled my appointment just because I was having financial issues but the call dropped before I was going to figure something out and when I tried calling back they just canceled it , I would not recommend this place and from the look of other reviewers it's a hard pass for going for these people.
I'm no expert, but I've had numerous root canals with different dentists—five in total—and dentistry runs in my family. This office really stands out for its specialized equipment for root canals that I've never seen before. Reference from my dentist to handle a root canal. Had a bad experience - they did not listen to what I'm sensitive to, and did exactly that thing, then ignored my reaction in a way that felt very belittling. Asked for something for the pain (after the panic attack, once Id endured the work needed) and nurse refused. Asked again at the counter on my way out - I was more or less told off. Had a wonderful experience! Staff and dentist were extremely nice and compassionate. Everything was thoroughly explained and my options were presented very well. I was unable to get a root canal and had to be referred to get an extraction. The staff pushed to get me an appointment the same day.
