Great experience from beginning to end. Staff was very focused on keeping me informed throughout and very sensitive to my drill anxiety. Absolutely painless!!!!!
Very rude staff. I was there as translator for one of their new patients and they told me that I needed to move my vehicle because it was a private parking, even when I explained why I was there she kept acting really rude and yelled at me “you need to move your car now” I ended up leaving, I apologized to the patient but this situation was off of my hands. Root canals are never fun, but Dr. Frazier and his team did an incredible job! Their staff was super friendly and awesome at answering all my insurance questions. Dr. Frazier ensured my procedure was pain free and efficiently done! Would recommend to anyone!
Wonderful experience!!! From the moment I stepped into their brand new office, which is so pretty and nice, the staff was very friendly!! Connie is amazing and really makes you feel comfortable!! She offered me a blanket/pillow just trying to keep me comfortable and even let me know if I needed a break during the procedure to let them know.
