Went in for fist root canal ever. Dr. "B" was very kind, patient, and attentive. He made sure I was completely numb before the procedure and asked me throughout if I was o.k. He explained each step as he went along and would stop periodically to show me digital images. Facilities appeared modern and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. He screwed up my root canal and no one from the practice would take any blame for it so when I got a 2nd opinion they said the root canal was not filled correctly causing many infections. Go to Dr Eric Volk in Towson
I went to see Dr. Balachandran for root canal retreatment. I found him quite incompetent in treating the bacteria infection in my tooth, and because of that I had to visit him many times to manage the reoccuring infection. It was also difficult to reach him by phone despite that he encourages his patient to call him in case of emergency.
