Dr. Peinado is undoubtedly the best ever in her profession- my back upper tooth was for sure gonna have to be extracted, but she said Jim i can save this tooth and that she did- i give her and her staff so much credit, like Kim that took my call of desperation over the weekend and called me back within minutes just prior to the hurricane coming, and they worked me in- from start to finish they were excellent. Dr. Peinado and the staff here are just the best. They worked with me to find the tooth that causing my problem and treated it right away. The procedure was painless and the noise canceling headphones were awesome. The office is just beautiful and Dr. Peinado is the most gentle and nicest dentist.
UPDATE / EDIT: After speaking with my primary dentist, I was assured that Dr. Peinado was addressing the front desk issues in her office. I also received a few text messages over the weekend from Dr. Peinado regarding my pain and experience. She also reassured me that she would be taking steps to better the front desk situation.
