My daughter had negative expense with DR HAAS, he didn't check properly her teeth ,didn't read and review the CBCT scan report that was sent to him in advanced , he was not happy that she doesn't want to do new X-rays again , he didn't exam all teeth that was supposed to be checked. He was not professional. His front desk over-billing the SUN LIFE DENTAL INSURANCE - overcharged and over-billed , that was confirmed by insurance . Dr. Riley Lewis completed a root canal on my molar which had an old large filing (and a new cavity at the back). He is very calm, meticulous, explained every step (including the anesthetic needles (“pin pricks” which did not hurt), the use of a dam, wedge, drills and lasers to remove decay. Procedure took an hour, and was painless. My dentist referred me to Dr Haas for a root canal (she was nearly certain I needed one). Dr Haas was friendly, polite and patient with all my questions. He took the time to fully investigate my situation, which was far from obvious. Ultimately, he deduced that I didn’t require a root canal, saving me from the cost and potential consequences of an unnecessary procedure. Dr Lewis is an excellent doctor. I’ve had a couple of procedures done by Riley and have always been pleased. My interactions with the staff have also been very positive. I highly recommend Dr Lewis.
