I had a root canal performed by Dr Yoo and I can honestly say it was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Dr. Yoo explained every step of the procedure clearly and thoroughly, from what to expect during the root canal to detailed after-care instructions. The entire office was AMAZING! From the time I walked in, the decor was lovely, front desk lady, her voice was so very soothing! Dr. U, explained EVERYTHING to me, the good, bad and the ugly! The checkout lady wonderful! Simply AMAZING the entire office!!
The staff and doctor that met with me … both were Awesome… I have worked in Client Support for 25 years in management and that experience was white glove service. The staff super friendly and doctor ..so knowledgeable and has an amazing skill of explaining what could be complex..and made it sound so simple…….kudos to them all!!!!
Really great office! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The front desk staff is great and had everything ready immediately upon making my appointment. Their computer system is fantastic and sends messages updating you about forms needed, estimated costs, and any actions necessary. I don't remember the name of the sweet girl who took my x-rays but she was amazing! She was very kind and personable and just had a confidence about her that put me at ease.
