I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kaplan and his team member Joanna. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Kaplan took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire procedure very comfortable. You can tell the whole office truly cares about their patients. I’m very grateful for their outstanding care and highly recommend them to anyone in need!
It started when i called with a tooth emergency. The lady answering the phone couldn’t be more patient and trying to be accommodating. And let me tell you I’m not an easy client I called back-and-forth. I ask 1 million questions but she never raised her voice she never lost her patience with me. Now. Dr Nowak!! What a fantastic man. I cannot express just how wonderful Dr. Kaplan and his staff truly are. I had a root canal done in March with one follow-up appointment in April. Both visits, Dr. Kaplan eased my anxiety and understood my fear of dental work. He explained every step of the procedure and made sure to ask how I was tolerating the pain (if any). I will 100% recommend Dr. Kaplan and his staff to anyone needing endodontic work. Without a doubt, this team made my experience a great one. Thank you Dr. Kaplan and team for your great care!
Dr. Kaplan was very professional and thorough. He explained everything before performing the procedure. He explained aftercare and what to do in case of any pain. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I had only the expected discomfort afterwards but was very pleased in the results. Thank you!
