Honestly the energy speaks for itself when you walk in. Smells amazing. They have a nice selection of drinks and snacks in the waiting area. Everyone was kind and spoke to you when you were there. Dr. Vail & her assistant (can't remember her name) communicated with me so well throughout my entire mini procedure, not sure if it is actually called that. Years of pain and discomfort! Needed TWO root canal treatments. 1) 1st failed ~ Dr Vail 2) 2nd failed ~ Dr Vail drill cleaning too deep and pain.*(Inadequate or overextended root filling: If the root canal filling doesn't completely seal the canals or goes too far, it can fail to prevent leakage or cause complications. ) NO X-rays we’re taken after 2nd retreat 3) an Oral Surgeon year later diagnosed the 2nd retreat failed and is leaked gutta percha required the tooth to be extracted.
I was so anxious and have some troubles getting numb, but everyone was very accommodating and really helped make the experience positive. If I need anything else done, I am absolutely coming back. Thank you Dr. Vail!!!!
The staff here are AMAZING! Dr. Vail walked me through the whole process and was friendly. Getting dental work done is not an exciting experience but all the staff there were super friendly and make you feel comfortable. My nerves were at ease soon after my first appointment started. They did excellent work and worked with me throughout my whole experience. They have helped me in so many ways! I definitely recommend!
