I went to this place expecting them to be wonderful because of who referred them. I was extremely disappointed. I went in explaining that I had had over 6 x-rays in the past 5 months and that my previous dentist had sent them all to the endodontist’s email to review before seeing me so I didn’t have to pay for additional scans or be exposed to more radiation. Given that I was there for a root canal, the experience was as good as I could imagine. They were professional and efficient while being personal and respectful
I had a wonderful experience at Endodontic Specialists. To name a few individuals who took care of me- Dr. Vail is exceptional—professional, extremely skilled, and thorough. Kayla, the assistant, was so attentive, and truly caring. She made me feel so relaxed and important. The other Kayla at the front desk was friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. Dr. Vail, Shay, Kayla, Claudia, the office staff, (sorry I didn't get everyone's names! Blame it on the sedation.) Everyone here is excellent! I had two procedures in a timely manner, upfront billing, sedation that worked for me, and a blanket while I was under. Dental work is never fun, but what more can you ask for!
In the past I’ve had some difficult dental experiences. The team did an excellent job! The patient experience was excellent!
