I was so anxious and have some troubles getting numb, but everyone was very accommodating and really helped make the experience positive. If I need anything else done, I am absolutely coming back. Thank you Dr. Vail!!!!
The staff here are AMAZING! Dr. Vail walked me through the whole process and was friendly. Getting dental work done is not an exciting experience but all the staff there were super friendly and make you feel comfortable. My nerves were at ease soon after my first appointment started. They did excellent work and worked with me throughout my whole experience. They have helped me in so many ways! I definitely recommend!
Fantastic team of professionals. Patient care in a comfortable setting and attention to detail are their hallmarks. Dr Moretton and his team do a fantastic job from the initial contact all the way through treatment completion and follow up.
I had a slew of dental work done last spring-fall. I needed root canals done on two different teeth and Dr. Mintz went above and beyond. She did a better job administering the anesthesia than anybody I’ve ever experienced. I always felt safe, cared for and comforted. One weekend after the procedure, I called her in the middle of a panic attack over my teeth, she calmly explained my options to me and helped to calm me down immensely, even while off the clock. I have been a patient here for several years with two separate referrals. Dental issues can be painful and frustrating and the staff has always been accommodating and understanding of that. When I recently had a repeat issue with one of my teeth, insurance refused to pay but the office offered to help me anyway.
