Dr. Silberg, although proficient in her field, really needs to learn that she is not shouting across a football field at her patient, but rather is only a couple of feet away! Why shout? Also, the unprofessional banter between her and her assistant about social matters is inappropriate and lends to the feeling that she is not concentrating on the work at hand.
Took my 13 year old son to him today and he was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Terry.
Outstanding experience. They were able to squeeze me in same-day for a root canal. I didn't feel a thing, didn't even need Tylenol the first night, and was in and out in about an hour. Dr. Terry was great, office staff was so nice. Highly recommend
Made an appointment to have a conical x-ray procedure and Dr Terry was out but was supposed to get back with me in a few days with diagnosis. After 2 weeks I called and the office said they would send me the results but that Dr Terry was out of the country for several weeks with no offer of interim help. I certainly wish I wouldn't have wasted my time and money for the initial appointment. They could have told me that he wasn't going to be around to help me.
