I recently underwent root canal therapy at ENDODONTIC SPECIALISTS - BAY STREET with Dr. Simone Seltzer, and the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Seltzer was professional, caring, and thorough throughout the procedure. What impressed me most was that she personally followed up with me the very next day to make sure I was doing well and didn’t have any concerns or questions. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Adam Grossman. He performed an emergency root canal for me when I was in a lot of pain, and he was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire experience. What meant even more to me was that he stayed later than he was supposed to leave for a family function to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Grossman made me feel very at ease after an unsettling experience with my dentist. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of and did it with humour the utmost professionalism.
I was in pain for two years with no clue of what exactly was happening had many visits elsewhere with only assumptions made and no difinite answer After visiting Dr.Grossman with his expertise i am finally toothache free he did two of root canals for me so far and i can say he is not just a professional at what ge does he is an artist Thank you Dr.Grossman
Charged me 400 just for a referral that they never sent! Won't send my reports to me. Leaves patients in pain for months. The ladies at the front desk bicker like high school mean girls at eachother. No follow up, nothing. Do not trust these private dentists. They all keep in one cult circle and cover each other's back no matter what, regardless what the patient is going through. They'd rather cover up a dentists mistake then help the patient living in traumatic pain.
