First of all I was sent to the wrong office on King st, second, My most recent x ray already mailed to their office but they force me to do another one…..third please hire someone who speaks English that I can understand as assistant
Joe DaCosta and his team are excellent. Vanessa at reception is also very kind. I had a root canal done with them, and it was professional and pain-free. Everyone is so kind, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
Dr.Seltzer was very professional and she has a great manner to put patients at ease. I went ahead with the treatment and it went well. She did follow up and it is appreciated .
Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy at this clinic. I waited nearly an hour in total just to be treated condescendingly by both the staff and Dr. Glen Partnoy. Dr. Partnoy was rough during the exam, making my gums bleed, and was dismissive when I asked questions about my severe pain. Paying $195 for a 5-minute appointment where I was told "I wasn't listening" is unacceptable. Only Vanessa showed any professionalism or kindness. Avoid this place if you want to be treated like a human being.
Amazing work! I visited Dr. Gary Glassman recently for a last minute molar root canal procedure. Dr. Glassman is a top-notch specialist and I couldn't recommend a better person to do this work. The entire office, staff and operation is wonderful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, especially afterwards. They are very good at following up post-procedure as well to check in and make sure everything is okay. The recovery was easy since the procedure was done so well. If I could give over 5 stars, I would!
