This office is so efficient, friendly, and helpful! Every staff member was beyond considerate. The doctors are kind and direct (something we want when we're often arriving with pain). I'm greatful to have been referred here!

I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Partnoy. Having had several root canals done by other practitioners in the past, none can come close to the skill, knowledge and bedside manner that one gets with Dr. Partnoy. It is so refreshing to see someone of his calibre who works so efficiently and be so kind at the same time. The office is well run, organized and very easy to work with.

I experienced my first instance of discrimination at this clinic as an immigrant woman who has been living in Canada for more than four years. The dentist and her assistant were extremely helpful, very clear in their explanations, and highly informative. However, Vanessa, who was collecting payment at the exit, provided terrible customer service. Overall a pain free experience. I didn't find a way to provide feedback to this office, so am posting on Google. I would recommend the following; 1 - Send a follow up email asking for what you could do better, what worked well. 2 - Train your admin staff to use their words and communicate to each patient so that they are aware of what is happening. It seems that they do their job so many times, they expect the patients to know what is going on. They may be tired of repeating themselves, however each patient is a new person i... read more
