Ridiculous services, rude staff (especially the front) and highly unprofessional, would not recommend!
I am really impressed with the office, staff and care at this endodontic clinic. The clinic is conveniently located just north of Cumberland on Bay St. As you walk in, the security guard is lovely and directs you where to go. Then, you take an elevator up to the 2nd floorand the endodontic clinic is visible as soon as the door of the elevator opens. Dr. Shedletsky and all of his staff are amazing people. I felt at home and like a family member - that's how much care they give. From the receptionist, to the assistants to the Dr, they are all so attentive.
Came here to get a root canal fixed, the initial assessment was fine (but expensive, almost $500 after insurance for scans) A few months later I came back to get the surgery and was told it would be $1090 on the phone so I agreed and took the appointment. Day of the appointment they gave me Xanax then had me sign a price consent form (while under the influence of the Xanax) which I didn’t fully read as I was pretty out of it, turns out the price on that form was more than double what they originally quoted me. I had a root canal done in 2019 with Dr. Grossman. Everything went well. I have been to several dentists in different countries after that, and they often comment on how well done my root canal is done when they see it on the X rays. If I ever need another one I would consider going back to Toronto to get it done there!
