Writing this post root canal and THANK YOU to everyone working here. Brooke at the front desk helped me with my endless questions about payment, insurance, locations and gave me peace of mind going into this procedure. And Dr. Glick!!! You were wonderful. Down to earth explanations of procedures that the layman can understand, and you were quick to check in with me if you saw any signs of discomfort during the procedure and I GREATLY appreciate that. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way.
Had my first root canal. Dr Ritch explained the procedure. It took about an hour with no discomfort or pain. At the end they take you thru follow up care and medications to use if you have discomfort which I had none. The office staff is professional and courteous . Overall appearance of office is extremely clean and sanitary. I would recommend them highly.
I got a root canal and the staff was so friendly at the front and the place is clean and bright.the doctor and aid made sure you were comfortable at all times.
The entire staff was welcoming and professional. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Allison Ritch. She was kind and gentle. She talked me through each step of the process. The procedure was painless. Her dental assistant Chris made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office for any endodontic need.
