I have had a root canal before, it was a fine experience, but I was nervous about this one. It was my first time at this office and I wasn't sure what to expect. I recently visited for my very first root canal. I was terrified after my dentist couldn't get my tooth numb while exploring the cavity that I would feel the entire root canal. The endodontist was awesome. The staff here are kind and wonderful. I didn't feel a thing and I'm pleased with my results. I read all the reviews before my appt and I can now 100% say all the positive reviews are truthful!!!
Had my root canal this morning and just wanted to say what a positive experience it was. I was treated by Dr Maloff and Lauren and they made my treatment experience very pleasant. From start to finish I experienced no pain at all. I highly recommend this group of professionals to anyone who needs root canal treatment.
I just had root canal therapy, with Dr Chan. I was a little nervous going into this procedure, but thought it was the best option, considering the other choices were an implant or bridge. I found Dr Chan and Loni, her assistant, to be extremely professional and helpful. Dr Chan explained what was happening every step of the way. The receptionist for their auburn location and the liverpool location were so helpful and polite. I had to have a root canal done and was terrified after hearing horror stories. But thankfully the process wasn't as painful as I thought and Dr. West did a great job. His assistant was very nice.
