RecommendedLook, if you HAVE to have endodontic work done, this is the place to have it. Dr. Aspinwall was so nice and explained everything she was doing and what I would be feeling. Very helpful and anxiety-reducing! The place is immaculate too - very important - and believe it or not, relaxing. I spent the part where I was getting numb looking at the koi pond. Really? Yeah, really.
Dr. Dale Miles and Pam are fantastic and so is Mrs. Gina at front desk! They take a bad experience and make it as easy as possible. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! This whole practice is great!
Dr.Aspinwall is by far the MOST sweetest,genuine,kindhearted person I have ever came across. She has been guiding me through a procedure that was done at another dental office and on yesterday it was decided a root canal was definitely needed. She talked me through the ENTIRE process,constantly checked in with me about my pain level and btw did a PHENOMENAL job!!!!...I was terrified to have this procedure and might I say she exceeded my expectations with everything she did. Thank you Dr. Derick Miles and staff for taking care of me today. I could not have asked for a better place to have been referred to.
Staff is very friendly and caring. My husbands procedure only took an hour including sedation and wakeup time. It was a long way to come to have a root cannal, but no one in the Warner Robins area does endodontic procedures under anesthesia, and that is the only way my husband could tolerate it because of his claustrophobia. I highly recommend Dr. Miles and his staff.
I was in unbearable pain from a 20 year old root canal that became infected on Saturday. I was concerned that my problem not only started on a Saturday but it was a holiday weekend. I called the office emergency number and my hero, Dr. Dale Miles, answered the phone. After explaining my condition he agreed to meet my husband and I at his office on a Sunday morning!!! From the lady that answered my scared questions first thing early this morning, to working me in the same day for an emergency root canal, to the atmosphere - my nurse that assured me everything was going to be ok. Dr Miles has velvet hands and a calm voice the entire time. It took no time at all. You hear “root canal” and think the worst. I can honestly tell you with my first one today, it was the best professional facility I’ve been in and left with a smile (numb but smile!)
Dr. Derrick Miles and his staff are the absolute best! After having 2 recent root canals, I can easily applaud their efforts! They are professional, smart, accurate and extremely kind. Very thankful for them!
