I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Barnett. He is kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely at ease. I had zero pain—even after both of my root canals! What could have been a terrifying experience was made easy and stress-free, thanks to his gentle approach and expertise. I’m truly grateful to have been in his care.

I was terrified to get a root canal from horror stories I’ve heard from different practices, but Dr. Barnett did an unbelievably amazing job. I felt ZERO pain or discomfort, even following the procedure. Dr. Barnett made me very comfortable and walked me through everything he was doing, in layman’s terms so I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Barnett for root canals. I am always anxious about dental work but Dr. Barnett made me feel that I was in very good hands. He listened to me and explained what he would be doing. After 3 root canals I can say that I no longer fear them. The office staff is also very nice and helpful.

The customer service department is extremely rude and unhelpful. Take your chances getting work done here if you dare. Apparently after getting something done they completely clear themselves of accountability if you run into issues down the road. They will treat you like a new patient that they’ve never seen before in those instances. Very classless! Clear they care more about money than quality service and people.
