My dentist recommended this place for a ROOT CANAL. When I arrived for my appointment, I found they do not take Delta Dental insurance. Never had that happen at a dentist. They charge $1,229.00 for the work. It was nice of them to submit the paperwork to Delta Dental for me. Delta Dental only allows $752.00 for this procedure. Now I know why they to do take the insurance. Not very happen about being charged $477.00 over the insurance allowed amount. Dr. Duncan and his assistant, Nicole, were superb! No pain, and they put you at ease immediately... my first root canal...
Dr. Duncan and staff handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I even took a quick nap during my root canal!! I was very nervous, but it was almost no pain! Pleasantly surprised.
