Dr Chris Carter is beyond awesome and I would go to any office just to feel comfortable in his care. What a guy, keep up the super work Dr Carter. The associates are also super nice and helpful.
I had a not so fun case with a failed root canal and Dr. Carter and his staff were incredible!
I had a root canal yesterday. Check in was simple and Aloha was waiting to take me back immediately. She took X-rays and then used them to explain the procedure to me. She asked if I had any temperature sensitivity and then tested it. When I didn't have the expected reaction, she tested it again. I add this in because it showed me she was very competent and cared enough to check again. The second time I reacted as expected (I felt the cold) and she said, THAT is why I tested twice.
