Images were taken on both the top left, and bottom left, but apparently the VA authorization was only for the top left. The result is, I might need a root canal on the top left, But the discomfort I actually feel is something on the bottom left. I asked that as long as images were taken anyway to submit them also to the VA, but they said they could not. So the expense if the imaging is just thrown out. The staff was polite and otherwise professional. Just bad decision making.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Korn was thorough with explaining the procedure that needed to be done and what I could expect, easing my concerns. Her assistant Jess (?) was kind and always made sure I was doing ok and she, too, explained what was going to be done and how things would go, once the root canal was completed. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal. Their concern and compassion for me were truly appreciated.
