I went after a referral and they have always charge me the max that they prior to pre approval from the insurance, and then 3 weeks later I get a check. After waiting 2 weeks for this appointment just to be told the tooth needs to be pulled and we don’t do that here also we need 300$ just for us to tell you that is RIDICULOUS. I was a family of 5 and have spent $$$$ at this place and I will not be returning. I also have filed grievances with the office manager as well as through my insurance. Went in for a consult and 3d imaging, the staff and doc were very nice and great at explaining the treatment plan.
