Paid 325 eval out of pocket purely for their “expert” advice to plan appropriate treatment path for a complex issue caused by a past dentist, instead of examining the issue in it’s entirety and explaining the best route to take was told the issue isn’t possible when it’s demonstrable & has been effecting life for months. Dr Haynes performed my root canal and I must say that it was painful from start to finish. Very professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment we met until he was done with the procedure as well as his nurse assistant who helped him at my appointment. I will go back anytime I need major dental work done without hesitation.
The nurse and doctor are amazing! Went through 3 days of anxiety and fear and they killed it on the spot, mind you its a root canal, so great. No pain!
They did my root canal. I have pretty rough dental anxiety - I cry when I get fillings. The people here made me feel very comfortable, listened to and took their time. I really appreciated it. This was my first experience with the gas and I’m sure that helped a lot but the professionalism and kindness was unmatched. Thank you.
I went after a referral and they have always charge me the max that they prior to pre approval from the insurance, and then 3 weeks later I get a check. After waiting 2 weeks for this appointment just to be told the tooth needs to be pulled and we don’t do that here also we need 300$ just for us to tell you that is RIDICULOUS. I was a family of 5 and have spent $$$$ at this place and I will not be returning. I also have filed grievances with the office manager as well as through my insurance.
