After Dr. Moore retired, this place has gone to pot. First off, they are utterly TERRIBLE with answering the phones. Almost immediately when calling you get the "I'm afraid all our operators are busy at the moment, but please hold and we will transfer you when someone becomes available", as if they don't even try to answer the phone as calls come in. I was a patient of Dr. George Moore for 21 years. He was my favorite Dr, and my friend. George had the greatest bedside manner no matter how busy he was. When George retired in late Sept. I cried because I was losing my doctor thats kept me in line for 21 years. Since his retirement his staff, in my opinion, took his practice and ran into the dirt. My primary care referred me to this place. I tried to reach out to the center 7 times over last 1 week for an appointment. Most of time they said they are still waiting for my referral and chart list. However. my primary care sent the information twice. At this point I am planing to switch to a new doctor.
