I switched over to Dr. Cardenas a little over a year ago and it has been the best experience. I feel very heard and understood, she has made my diabetes experience with pregnancy a dream. I prefer to see Lily at this office and don’t plan on changing Dr for my diabetes anytime soon.

I met with doctor rios. I was not in the best state of mind to be thinking of tumors or cancer on my glands. Rios was very very patient with me when it came to my misunderstanding, both his receptionist lenica and his assistant were very kind to me despite the fact I have a severe case of hearing loss. Thank you rios and your team and hope you all the best!! On the downside though, I've asked for my medical records and have not received them. It has been 2 weeks. Update Jan 8. Had an mri done, signs of white matter changes. ... read more

Not once, but TWICE I was denied a refill on a LIFE-SAVING prescription on the premise that I had to come in and have an appointment first. Even after scheduling the appointment and complying with their ludicrous demands, I still had to beg to obtain a refill on my fast acting insulin. The Hippocratic oath says first to do no harm. I do not see how that is possible when you are killing patients by denying them insulin refills.

It seems like everytime I go it gets worst. The ma is more concerned with her own life than to pay attention to patients. My rx for freestyle sensors was not sent to pharmacy like I asked and now I will have to ask pharmacy to fax request but calling takes forever. They didn't give me my a1c result and they rushed through my appointment cause it was the last one of the day. Not happy with my care there.
