Dr. Rios is top notch! He explained everything very thoroughly and didn't rush the appointment. He went above and beyond to help me, and I really can't say thanks enough.

This office and their policies are ridiculous. They refuse to contact your insurance company so even after multiple visits to their office you will have to keep going back to your primary care doctor over and over again for pre-auths. Even when their physicians are doing the ordering of the tests or procedures. They recently reminded me of my appointment multiple times and had me fill out papers work but never alerted me that I needed this new pre-authorization until I arrived at my appointment I spent 45 minutes getting to.... read more

I switched over to Dr. Cardenas a little over a year ago and it has been the best experience. I feel very heard and understood, she has made my diabetes experience with pregnancy a dream. I prefer to see Lily at this office and don’t plan on changing Dr for my diabetes anytime soon.

I met with doctor rios. I was not in the best state of mind to be thinking of tumors or cancer on my glands. Rios was very very patient with me when it came to my misunderstanding, both his receptionist lenica and his assistant were very kind to me despite the fact I have a severe case of hearing loss. Thank you rios and your team and hope you all the best!! On the downside though, I've asked for my medical records and have not received them. It has been 2 weeks. Update Jan 8.
