I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with this office. I’ve never had someone lecture me on diet and exercise without even asking what my lifestyle is like first. I waited a long time for this appointment with Dr. Butler for him to tell me to just eat 1500 calories and workout. I already workout, and I have something wrong. Don't dare be late! I don't care what the excuse is!! They have a "very strict 15 minute policy" ... not 20!!! Your child will have to wait 4 MORE MONTHS to be seen at this office if you are late!! And when I asked to speak with the doctor, I was told she had patients. But we were supposed to be the patient!! So... did you overbook? Probably. Because it's all about money... not care! They DO NOT CARE! And the older lady at the front desk LOVES to tell you "no!". It's obviously her favorite part of her job.
I've been seeing Dr. Schaffner since 2001 when he was in Montgomery Alabama. I travel 190 miles to see him Opelika. I'll stay with him as long as I can go.
