The service is awful, they have changed offices twice now, no communication, nothing. They give you an appointment and you have to wait and wait to be call. The staff is not professional, they don’t care about you. If you can find a different office you will be better off.

These people barely speak any English and have no idea what their doing….
Absolute nightmare. Ended up going with Vitality and paying out of pocket. Ran out of test, couldn’t get an appointment - nobody answers the phone. Went to Estero during the day in person and the new office was empty. Also was not told to give blood and was not given medication to stop testicular shrinkage and no medication to combat estrogen spike after test injection. I do not feel like I was well looked after. Would not recommend.
