Eugene saw Dr Dean today and both of us are impressed with her. She explained everything concise and complete.
I do not recommend this clinic. Very unprofessional and uncaring towards patients. I was dismissed because I rescheduled too much -- after being seen there for over a year and needing continued treatment. They cared nothing about my need to continue being treated.
Drove 3 hrs for an appointment. Arrived 19 minutes late due to road construction and traffic. Called to tell them and was told it wasn't a problem. We Arrived and they refused to see my Dad. The next appointment available is in 2 months. Absolutely the worst patient care I've experienced.
The staff and Dr. McCall are very friendly and professional.
