If I could give this place no stars I would. The one star is for the front office because she was warm and kind. My son had a fasting glucose suggestive of pre-diabetes but an A1C showing diabetes. My doctor referred us to an endocrinologist because this is just another "symptom" down a long complex medical history. His pediatrician felt he should be within a children's hospital network for any testing and any other specialists he made need BECAUSE of his history. I never had a problem at this office and doctor Dussan is great!
If I was rating just off of dr welch I would've given a 5 star! She is absolutely wonderful. Took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. I'm rating a 3 simply because getting an appointment was TERRIBLE!!! Each person said something different. They claimed they didn't receive fax for weeks. Some were rude and didn't know what they were talking about. I just about gave up on this place. But I had already spent almost a month playing where is the fax. I don’t know how they are still in business with their front desk and answering service. They gave me the round around for months due to “not able to get my son referrals from her pediatric doctor” finally at the doctors office on the phone with them. Wow! they actually received the THREE referrals my son doctor office sent to them on THAT DAY! Did they make the appointment? No. They said they get back to me. The girls in the front are very rude, I was late, which I knew and accepted but she laughed and said you’re gonna have to reschedule then someone else told us to sit down and wait to ask the doctor and they made us wait 10 minutes in the waiting room just to tell us they won’t see us. They need to learn some compassion.
