Do not go here if you actually need to see your doctor. Became a patient here in summer of 2025. Managed to schedule an entire year of quarterly appointments since they are nearly 6 months out and now have had two of them canceled on me leaving me without access to paperwork for my job.

My T1D son just transitioned from Mott Children’s with Dr. Thomas over to adult care with Dr. Broome at the Brighton office. The transition was seamless and my son really likes the facility and Dr. He is a young Dr who was very informative, personable and treats the same as Dr. Thomas. I’m so glad my son is receiving such wonderful care. I hope this helps other pts/ families who are in need of transitioning from pediactric to adult care.

I was looking for an ENT so I called the Brighton location. I was transferred to the Endocrinology center somehow and the lovely Karen answered the phone. I explained I was looking for an ENT Dr. And she became extremely rude and unpleasant. She snapped at me saying this is the Endocrinology center not a ENT office. I really hope her office reads this review. They should not employ such a rude person. Karen I hope you read this and start changing your attitude and treat others how you would like to be treated.
