Dr. Mark Shepard is an excellent endocrinologist. The clinic is very efficient, and everyone is so kind and considerate. I am thankful to have an endocrinologist in the northern Mississippi area. I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Shepard for twenty plus years.
Personnel is friendly, timing meh accuracy of medicine is spot on .
First let me say I don’t go to a doctor lightly. My Primary doctor directed me here to find out if my increasing anxiety could be related to an actual valid find. Dr Sheppard was who I happen to be sent to. The nurses and clinic staff were wonderful but the doctor is dismissive and rushing. He made me feel like my concerns are related to menstrual cycles that I have only been dealing with for a couple decades.
