First let me say I don’t go to a doctor lightly. My Primary doctor directed me here to find out if my increasing anxiety could be related to an actual valid find. Dr Sheppard was who I happen to be sent to. The nurses and clinic staff were wonderful but the doctor is dismissive and rushing. He made me feel like my concerns are related to menstrual cycles that I have only been dealing with for a couple decades. Dr Amanda Robinson Is amazing ! I just hate the prescription line , I was told when I went In September that my meds would be sent in it’s October and I found out they were never sent idk if the issue is with the pharmacy or what but I hate you can’t talk to a person . I called on a Thursday when I found out and they close at 12 on Friday , I have been without my medicine all weekend and it’s for my neuropathy so it’s been painful, I don’t want to blame the wrong person because I have had good experiences with this dr she ac... read more
This office resolved my problems quickly, has been very attentive to my needs as a Type 1 diabetic of over 47 years. Very pleased with the staff and the nurse practitioner.
