This office has been a nightmare. Staff is INCOMPETENT. All I needed was a prescription to get a new glucose meter. For 2 WEEKS the office kept sending in the wrong prescription. Walmart worked with me for 2 weeks until I exploded with Aetna, my insurance company to intervene on my behalf. Unbelievable. I spent 2 hours with the drs office, Walmart and Aetna to try to rectify this issue. According to all I should be getting my meter today. I’m firing Endeoconology Consultants. Unbelievable. Great Dr’s and Staff!! Dr. Guzman is the best and he’s caring! He explained everything to me and wanted to make sure he did everything before just giving me medicine! I appreciate that so much!!! The Office Manager is awesome she’s friendly, professional and makes sure you are satisfied thank you Miss Knight!!!! 5 stars all across the board!!
I’m not a fan of going to the doctor, but Endocrinology Consultants makes it a good experience. The staff, lab, nurse and Dr. Castillo were all very friendly and kind. They were also prompt, getting me through my appointment in a timely manner. This is my second appointment in the last 12 months, both appointments were great.
