They suck at answering the phone.
I would say that I have always gotten good care at Virginia Mason. I feel the doctors understand my illness and strive to provide not just good care and advice but also display empathy and compassion. I especially want to call out PA Shaw from the Kirkland clinic and Dr. Brzana from the Seattle clinic for asking the right questions and providing honest answers and alternatives. Alissa is one of the best Associates in the Virginia Mason Hospital system. When I called to try and get an appointment at other healthcare facilities, I felt like I was treated like a number, but she shattered that stereotype in so many ways.
