Charged my insurance a little shy of $900 for one visit. I called and said I was in there maybe 15 minutes and they said I am charged for time before and time after so basically its $300 every 15 minutes and she didnt do blood test, or any other kind of test for that matter. We talked for 15 minutes and that was it. Will never go back, and shame on them for charging people that much to do basically nothing. Its immoral and corrupt.

I would love to give a big thank you to Marcia (the coordinator of scheduling the appointments) who helped me a lot to book my endocrinology appt at BMC Marcia was very understanding , very professional, helpful, compassionate and ready to help for further concerns. I really appreciate her help. Thank you Marcia !!!!

I’ve been coming here for years now and while my team of doctors are amazing here, I write this review based on the receptionists in the endocrinology department. Most if not all of them are not friendly and from what I have witnessed a few times now they seem to care more about engaging in personal talk while seeing a line form of patients checking in/out.

Not happy how we were approached by wearing a mask .. 2 floor on 732.. Room number 219 - Such hipper cric - Ashley Francois , Operations Supervisor) Definitely filing complaint ! She doesn't wear her mask.. !!!! But others have to ? Bad attitude, and someone should remove her from being a supervisor Everytime we go there not a joke !!
