I’ve been coming here for years now and while my team of doctors are amazing here, I write this review based on the receptionists in the endocrinology department. Most if not all of them are not friendly and from what I have witnessed a few times now they seem to care more about engaging in personal talk while seeing a line form of patients checking in/out.
Not happy how we were approached by wearing a mask .. 2 floor on 732.. Room number 219 - Such hipper cric - Ashley Francois , Operations Supervisor) Definitely filing complaint ! She doesn't wear her mask.. !!!! But others have to ? Bad attitude, and someone should remove her from being a supervisor Everytime we go there not a joke !!
It’s impossible to get the appointment there. I lost about a month and did not get it. First , they asked me for referral that was sent and that I need to contact them after 5 business days. Once I called them they said they hadn’t revived anything and I need to be registered first and then ask my pcp to send the referral and provide them with confirmation date and time when referral was sent. Once I did this after another 5 Buisness days I called them and they still did not receive anything and now it takes 2 Buisness weeks... read more
