Dr. does not pay attention. I asked for an accommodation for school, she charged me $45 and not only that, wrote the wrong accommodations not once but twice. On top of that, I have cushing’s and she wrote that I have Addison’s which those are 2 total opposite conditions. Very incompetent do not recommend
I have been coming to this office for my type 2 Diabetes for the last 12 months or so. I have experienced the absolute best care from the Doctors & Nurses . Any time I call with an issue or a problem, the nurses always call back the same day with a solution. They are always polite, they listen to me patiently and show me such wonderful care & respect. I wholeheartedly recommend Mercedes Romero, PA-C at Endocrinology Associates (9328 E Raintree Dr, Scottsdale, AZ). I have been seeing Mercedes for about 4 years now, and she is by far the best provider I’ve worked with across many endocrinology offices. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Good medical staff who listen to the patient.
I have ben going here for years from the West Valley, and would not think of changing. However, there is one major issue that MUST be changed. Opening the website allows a pup-up for their office communication app, Klara. The problem is that it does not go away. The phone and fax number are behind is, and I cannot get to those numbers as the pop-up cannot be moved!!!
