This place is a total rip off. I am a cash pay patient and got referred here from my primary care physician. I went in for an office visit and an ultrasound of my thyroid. Because I’m cash pay, I asked them what the charges would be and paid in full when I left. I had a follow up appointment today and before they would see me, they said I still owed them $175 from the first visit. This place has gained a reputation for not caring for the patient at all. While I haven’t been a patient a family member has been and has been ignored, treated poorly and had very necessary medication Rx withheld. Would not recommend to anyone

I do not make a habit of posting reviews, however, this was such a bad experience, I felt it necessary to share. My appointment was with Dr. Reddy– she was an hour and a half late to the appointment, never once did she apologized. Blood was drawn – labs were ordered– it’s been over six weeks, still have not received my labs after multiple request. The office is very difficult to reach a real person.
