Dr. Baeten was awesome! She is the first doctor in a long time that I felt was not in a hurry to get out of the room. She spent a ton of time making sure that I understood what was going on and what the lab results / tests meant. She even talked about a course of action before we knew exactly what those results were. That way, I wouldn't need to come back for another visit. Her nurse could just call to tell me which route we were going. She was great! I would highly recommend her!
NEVER receive a live person when I call in. The specialist herself was fantastic in the appointment but service is SO INCREDIBLY SLOW!
