First off i have no qualms with the actual doctors at this practice and this review is about the ******** location for this practice.I researched doctors and waited 2 months to get an appointment with an endocrinologist. Within 2 weeks of my initial appointment at this practice enough has happened that I will not be returning.1. Absolutely HORRIBLE place. DO NOT GO HERE! The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, one of the nurses called my mom hostile because she was crying and asking a question about my excessive sweating. Then, I hopped on a call with Mercedes (whatever her stupid name is; absolutely brainless by the way) and she told me my levels were completely normal when I was standing in a puddle of sweat from my thyroid. In a word, shady We went there because they told us they did all labs in house- and that is what we thought we were paying for - urine test... at time of appointment.A month later we get a bill from Sonora Quest- Endocronology A** had sent out for tests without advising.We think we paid twice for same service to both firms.A self pay patient we paid in full for "services" but were not given a detailed invoice, and still have not ( requested multiple times in person, on phone, by mail)Even though we paid in full, in good fait... read more
NO STARS. A+ rating? That's a joke right?I have been going to this Endocrinologist for 5 years, and it just isn't getting any better. In fact, it's gotten worse. The PA's are average, but the office staff are TOTALLY inept. Thank you for sharing this persons concern with us. After careful review of the patients chart and speaking with the staff involved, some of the information provided is not factually correct. We also find her personal comments harsh and cruel. Patients must realize that when a phone call is made to the medical assistant and they do not answer, they are with patients currently in the office.
