The front desk is incompetent beyond measure. They cannot get it together with appointments, referrals, insurance information. You provide all the necessary and they still can't see what's in front of them. Too many people involved to get one straight answer. Unnecessary headaches dealing with them.
I will echo what numerous posts before me have said. The office staff & specifically the office manager excell at being rude & nasty.

Extremely rude office staff, only reason I see this office is because of its continent location for me. Otherwise, I highly advise against going to this office.
