Dr Kim Flowers is wonderful. A few months ago I came to her to talk about my options for lowering my A1C. We decided to try medication instead of surgery and in 3 months my A1C went from 11.3 to 7.8. I am so grateful to have her as part of my medical team. Now, my A1C is 5.3! I've lost 26lbs and lowered my long lasting insulin and completely stopped my fast acting insulin! I have energy and sleep better. Dr. Kim is just amazing!!!!
Setting up a year’s set of appointments went smoothly even with a 2 & 1/2 month interruption because of our travel plans.
While Dr. Flowers was incredibly kind, she provided zero help to me and actually only stuck around our second appointment for less than 5 minutes to repeat back to me what my lab results were and answered zero of my follow up questions. I was also overcharged for my copay by $30 and have tried contacting the office manager about my concerns every single week for several months. My experience is good.... Has ALways been comfortable, satisfying with how she engaged w/me, all the right ? 's, and then some... I would most definitely say w/ total positivity.... that YES I would indeed recommend Kim Flowers and her assistant, the lady whom checked me in..... It was 'all' a positive professional experience.
