Dr. Shah was thorough, patient, and transparent. He took his time to answer questions thoroughly, and explained my condition in an understanding fashion. He answered all my questions and concerns in a thoughtful manner. I would recommend him to anyone that has a thyroid condition, and wants to be heard. Dr. Narayen is very thorough and compassionate. I was referred to her after having abnormal thyroid tests and she did extensive work to try and find the cause of my rare condition. She has been very efficient and quick at responding! She’s one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!
Would give zero stars if I could. Received a referral for treatment of PCOS and was assigned to Dr. Shah. All my previous tests were disregarded and Dr. Shah told me that "he didn't believe I had PCOS" instead wanted to check me out for other conditions and if all else failed and those tests came back negative "we" could dig further and take me off my birthcontrol for a few months (mess up my hormones even more) and retest for PCOS. Frustrating. My Lisinopril was taken off my medical records without any knowledge of me knowing even though my BP is consistently 150/90 in office and I’m type one. Insulin changed without telling me leading the pharmacy I go to to have issues with said prescriptions. It jumps from a 30 day to 60 day to a 90 day without any acknowledgement. Heck, I was even changed from Novolog to Admelog without any acknowledgement. What if I was allergic? I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. Most of the doctors and Dr Owusu seemed to lack the knowledge and experience I expected, which was frustrating when I sought advice for my health concerns. Additionally, the clinic has a policy where they refuse to provide prescription refills without scheduling another visit, which seems unnecessary and inconvenient. I was especially upset when I didn’t receive my prescription for a three-month supply, as they mistakenly sent it to the wrong pharmacy. When I reached out to ha... read more
