The doctors are knowledgeable, but the wait for an appointment is disgusting. I saw a doctor in December after a six month wait, then had a four month wait for a follow up. Due to some health reasons I couldn't get my blood work done for my follow up and went to reschedule, and the next appointment was over eight months out. When I tried to talk to the receptionist, she laughed at my distress.
I've been seeing Dr. Shah for my diabetes the past couple of years. He takes his time to listen and explain things to me. He has given me options for my health and explained side effects of medicine to make sure I was comfortable with prescriptions. I have had a noticeable improvement in my health since being a patient. When I've had to share prescription and medical history to doctors during my hospital visits, multiple doctors and nurses have complimented the medical decisions that Dr. Shah has helped me with. Doctors seem to be decent but the staff makes it difficult to process medication, send/receive records, or even talk to authorized staff when you call. Right now I've been talking on the phone off and on for 3 1/2 hours playing middleman for 3 hospitals since they are not communing effectively. When you call, you will talk to admin, cannot directly speak with nurse or doctor and will play telephone games. As another stated many of the staff is tad rude and difficult.
