This is a very frustrating practice. Today was the last straw. I went home wanting to burst into tears because the medical staff there is so uncaring, and just plain spiteful. I always try to go in with a good mood and be extra polite but I can’t seem to get a kind word from anyone, especially when I am alone with my practitioner.
Lynn St Pierre doesn't belong having anyone's health in her hands she took my fiancé off of insulin the first time she met her and didn't give an alternative. Now my fiancé is in the hospital struggling and the doctors and nurses are wondering what type of sick person would do this to a person. She was trusted with a person's wellbeing and failed horribly. I recommend you see DR Owusu she is very good and friendly. I asked her questions about diabetes I did checked ChatGPT and I asked DR she answered it was simply same answers. She is busy and always booked. It s obvious she is the best doctor. I see her every four months
The doctors are knowledgeable, but the wait for an appointment is disgusting. I saw a doctor in December after a six month wait, then had a four month wait for a follow up. Due to some health reasons I couldn't get my blood work done for my follow up and went to reschedule, and the next appointment was over eight months out. When I tried to talk to the receptionist, she laughed at my distress.
