Everyone in the office in Monroe is very patient and helpful. They listen to the people and address the concerns that are brought to their attention.
Would not recommend the Doctor. I have been going here about 7 years. I have seen Moosa 3 times in that time frame. Today I waited over two hours for him to come into the room. After making two statements he told me he wanted to adjust my pump. I politely declined a pump adjustment due to my insurance ending at the end of the month and me being unsure if I'll be able to afford my diabetes supplies. I have so much appreciation and respect for Dr. Moosa and Dr. Jackie. Dr. Jackie really listens to what your feeling and she makes adjustments in meds to find the best solution to help you. I am so very thankful for her. My life as a diabetic is truly looking up because of them! The ladies that take you back are not always sweet, helpful or kind.
