It's a revolving door of doctors and practitioners. I've had two different appointments canceled on me at the last minute because my doctor quit! TWO different doctors. Typical "health"care mill where you'll be seen by a glorified nurse instead of a doctor so they can cram more visits in to boost profits for the real doctors' Mercedes, boat, and private school tuition. Giving 2 stars because their location is great.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Kimberly K. Lessard. She is truly everything a patient hopes for in an endocrinologist—and more. Within this practice, I saw several different endocrinologists before finally getting an appointment with Dr. Lessard. Unfortunately, my experience with most of them was disappointing. I often felt rushed, dismissed, and treated like just another number to move in and out. I was very concerned as my PCP gave me a false diagnosis. Dr. Lassard took the time to reassure me and explain why his suspected diagnosis could not even be possible! She was extremely thorough, personable, and quite frankly the best specialist I have ever seen! I never felt rushed and none of my questions went unanswered. I would highly recommend Dr. Lassrad to anyone in need an endocrinologist!
I cannot comment on the doctors, but I will relate my story. My father, who is about to turn 88, scheduled with this group last Oct. The reason we needed a new endocrine doctor was because his current one developed health issues and unexpectedly retired. We had to wait SIX MONTHS for a new patient visit. This is no mean feat when you're 87. Unfortunately, on the day of his appointment, he had wound up in the hospital for four days and we couldn't keep the appointment. THE OFFICE DOESN'T CARE.
