We have been going to Dr Siegel and Lori Read for approx 2-3 years and it has been an amazing experience. We’ve learned more about diabetes 2 in that time than all the doctors we went to for 20 yrs prior. Beyond their professionalism and level of expertise, they have created a family atmosphere office, so welcoming and accommodating. I have been working with Dr Kissin for the past 6 month. She is thorough, caring and takes her time. She listens to concerns and answer questions. Danielle, the program coordinator, has been very helpful. I feel well cared for in this practice.

The program works greatly for me and I can count on their support any step of the way. When they tell you they don't take your insurance and you ask how much the visit and then you say unfortunately I'll have to pass and they slam the phone down abruptly as hard as they can...
Office staff abruptly slams the phone down after you say you'll have to pass on their office visit fee. Extremely rude.
