I just got a call from the clinic after my Dr passed away several years ago saying that they would send an outstanding balance to collections if I didn't pay. I told them that if they would send a bill, I'd be glad to pay and they said they wouldn't. Calling people and asking for money without explaining what services it is for, providing documentation, or any kind of legitimate verification? Bad business practices. It is a shame, because Dr. Karl was an excellent physician.
Paitient for 4 years. I've always had positive experiences and since I've been seeing Dr. Karl my A1C has gone down and I've lost weight.
The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist is rude and doesn’t take accountability for her mistakes. Waited months for appt only to be blown off. Avoid this place.
Dr. Negreanu consistently blew off my complaints. At first it seemed like she got it, but when her first miracle treatment wasn't a good fit she basically "that's tough" and didn't explore anything else.
Avoid these rude, unhelpful people! Better options are available. Patients deserve better.
