Rude office staff who admitted to being new, over burdened and under trained. I was referred here by my pcp and they refused to treat my hormone imbalance. I keep seeing specialists who say I need an endocrinologist and they keep refusing to help. I never even knew doctors could do this to people. All the years and money spent on degrees and for what?
Oghene (spelling - i don't care frankly) is a cruel mean Pr...k. I'm a younger than the population he sees, I'm a single mom, left with the kids and the financial responsibilites, all of it, I love them so it's ok. I'm not wealthy. Boy was I treated like I'm dirt. My family is a well known family here, they're not wealthy, they're all 1st responders. He doesn't know that, that's not my point... I'm not a criminal. I'm not sure how these doctors manage to get patients with the horrible scheduler/admin person on staff. I had my primary send my referral over 4 times after she claimed the office never received them, and left 3 voicemails, and she never once called back to schedule an appointment. Absolutely horrific service when I'm just trying to get healthcare.
