I’ve been coming here for 15 years. I currently see Dr Wiebel and my visits are always fast and the Dr is always helpful. She responds to any questions I have. The front desk is friendly AND special shout out to the phlebotomist on site for making the blood draw painless.
I started seeing Dr. Wiebel almost as soon as I got to Dallas. At first things were copacetic. I don't know what has happened in the last couple years but now the front desk staff are terrible. Whether it's the training or what I don't know. I experienced nothing but problems when it came to my insurance, whether I pay a co-pay or not, and other such things. Special Thanks and Commendation: Staff Member Ms. Mackenzie. She assisted several times in difficulties I was having in a referal to Southwest Medical. She worked tireless in attempting to get the ridiculous amount of documentation they were requesting and lack of communication I was getting from them.
