I would like to make everyone aware of what happened to me as a patient of theirs. I never thought I’d have to do this but even a week or so later, I’m still in shock. I was initially scheduled to have blood work done at their clinic. I had only been to their clinic once for the initial appointment. The doctor is awesome. The diabetes educator is awesome. She is one of the best. However, the office manager and the front staff is rude, especially the office manager

I was scheduled for an appointment at 2:00. I had received two prior messages to get there 10-15min early. I got there 10 minutes early, and upon check in front desk was rude saying I was late to my appointment. They stated that a voicemail was left to get there 30 min early but I didn’t receive said voicemail and all messages only said 10-15min which I was.
