Unpleasant experience. The office responded to an URGENT referral from my mother's oncologist 16 days later, sent a note to them that she should see someone who is closer to her house (without providing a suggestion), and obviously failed to read the details of the referral carefully. But I am routinely kept waiting up 45 minutes for my appointment and then the doctor sees me for 5-10 minutes and doesn’t tell me anything I couldn’t get from reading my lab results. The last time I left after waiting for 45 minutes as I had to get back to work.
