This is the specific New London office, I was looking to join their group due to Yale being an amazing hospital, unfortunately my interactions these past couple months were awful. They received my referral and never called I had to contact them multiple times, they then rejected it sending it back to my PCP due to not having proper lab work which my PCP sent and completed. This office canceled my appointment a few weeks prior without my knowledge. I was looking forward to this appointment to talk about the medication I need to take and alternative options. I was already on the fence about my visit to Dr. Heribal because my previous appointment was disappointing. Her staff said the next appointment would be in February, although it was their mistake that my original appointment was canceled. Don't waste your time with her.
Office staffs are extremely rude. They don’t answer their phone. Also, extremely unprofessional.
