Poor customer service translates into poor customer care so with that being said, I chose not to get my root canal done here. Had a good experience with my root canal here. Dr. Parsons and staff provided great information on both the procedure and the various outcomes assessed afterwards. The procedure was a tad rougher than my prior one, and did leave my jaw sore for more than 5 days due to trismus, which because of my background, I was able to treat with TENS, US, moist heat and ibuprofen.
I had a scheduled evaluation with Dr Parsons for a possible redo of an old root canal performed by a dentist several years ago. Dr Pasons did a thorough exam of my tooth and gave me his advice not to have another root canal on my tooth, based upon the pictured image of the tooth. Dr Parsons and I discussed further what was possibly the best options for me to pursue as a solution. You quickly know you are in the hands of an expert, and on top of that you are in the presence of a practitioner that wants to ease your stress, assure you his goal is to make the experience as comfortable as possible, and his gentle and quiet nature evokes trust.
