Root canal procedure went very smoothly and I experienced no pain during it or afterward. I was kept informed throughout. I highly recommend Dr. Parsons!
It started with the ladies up front. Very polite and friendly. Waited about 10 minutes and was taken back for some quick X-Rays. The assistant then took me to my chair and made me comfortable. The Endodontist and assistant were fantastic. They explained everything as we went along. All around excellent experience for a guy who is not a big “Dental” person. Thank you!
I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in as a new patient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, doing everything they could to help manage my dental anxiety. Dr. Yang took her time to explain each step beforehand. I highly recommend this practice!
Fantastic. The whole process was excellent. Update notifications, personnel , friendly, efficient, as stress free as can be. Dr Yang was great. Had 2 root canals at the same time. Never felt anything. 👍👍
