Trading whilst insolvent. Obtaining financial advantage by deception Fraud. All indictable offenses with fines and gaol terms, yet police and ASIC refuse to even investigate let alone prosecute, WTF? It's rampant in Victoria, because there's no real consequence. This guy was (allegedly) flying around the world on holidays, never even ordering the parts for all these bikes, for years. He's a criminal.
Jason has my bike too as well as another he sold me he was still taking money off me for as late as early this year. Jason you need to pay up mate. We will all track you down.
Scott, please contact me nathan.eastwood@googlemail.com
I went down to Two Stroke performance today with no luck finding Jason. They do not know him and definitely don’t do business with the scumbag. At this point I am giving up for my mental health. If I ever see you around Jason I don’t care if you’re sitting in a restaurant I am going to balance the scales on your head.
Apparently he works here now. Two stroke performance in Mornington
From what I can gather he lives in the Mornington area. On face value Jason comes across as a genuine bloke but that’s how conmen work I guess. If you’re reading this Jason I want my son’s bike back, you have caused a lot of family heartache over this and I will never forget nor will I ever stop looking.
Unfortunately Jason John Wiggers filed for bankruptcy in May 2026. I can’t believe my son’s cherished CR125 is gone. If I ever see you around Jason I will jump on your fucking head.
Just had contact with Vic police ... no good as its a civil matter... Told to engage a lawyer, hopefully a mate can find his house so yeah pretty crap how this can happen and no recourse
If anyone has any information about Jason can you contact me on messenger my name is Scott Attard. Last I heard he relocated to 71 Watt Rd Mornington. I just visited this address but it is vacant. He has my sons 1984 CR125 + 4K.
